Kc Sports

Our shop, Kc Sports, is found at No. 1/237 Sekarpuram. We are situated in the Earipalayam PO area of Udumalpet. It’s not a very big place, but we manage to fit a lot of sports gear inside. If you need a cricket bat or a new football, we usually have a few options sitting on the shelves. We aren't some big chain store with matching uniforms. It’s just us here, usually wearing whatever is comfortable for moving heavy crates around. The road outside can get a bit dusty during the dry season, so we spend some time every morning wiping down the equipment. People from around the neighborhood stop by to talk about local games as much as they do to buy stuff. We like that part of it, being a place where people can just chat. Sometimes we run out of certain items and have to wait for the next delivery to arrive from the city. It can be a bit frustrating, but our customers are mostly patient. We don't use any high-tech systems for our sales. We just keep a ledger and make sure everything adds up at the end of the day. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We've been here long enough that most of the kids in the area know exactly where to find us when they need a new ball.
