Aruvi Yoga

If you head out towards Metrathi in Udumalpet, you’ll find us at 2/38A. It’s a quiet spot, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to focus on yoga. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the middle of Tiruppur city. We started Aruvi Yoga because we wanted a place where people could just come and move a bit without it being a big production. The studio space isn't huge, but it's got enough room for a decent group. We mostly see locals from the Madathukulam area. Some people come in before work, others wait until the evening when things cool down. It’s funny how a bit of stretching and breathing can change your day. We don't have fancy mats or anything, just the basics. Sometimes the birds outside are louder than the music, but nobody seems to mind. Life in this part of Tamil Nadu moves at its own pace, and we try to match that. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and most people around here know where to find us. It’s not a gym or anything like that. Just a place to sit, stretch, and maybe feel a little less stiff by the time you leave. We keep things pretty simple. No memberships with complicated rules, just show up and join in. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood now. We spend our time sweeping the floor and keeping the space ready for whoever walks through the door.
