Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Hospital

We have been here in Kakryal for a while now. Most people know the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Hospital because it’s a big part of this area. It’s usually busy, especially on mornings when the queues start forming early. We try to keep things moving. There are lots of departments and staff running around to get people seen by the doctors. It isn’t always quiet, but that is just how a hospital is. People come from all over the local area and sometimes from further away too. The building is easy to find if you are around Kakryal. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of patients. Sometimes it gets stressful when there are a lot of emergencies, but we just deal with it. The doctors here stay quite late most nights. We don’t really do anything fancy with advertising, as word of mouth keeps us pretty occupied. You’ll see the staff in their uniforms walking around between the different wings. It feels like a small community inside the walls. We have the usual stuff you’d expect, like beds, labs, and waiting areas that are always full of families. Life at the hospital moves fast, and we just try to keep up with what everyone needs. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every day. If you’ve lived in Kakryal long enough, you’ve probably walked through our doors at some point or know someone who has. We just keep the doors open and do our jobs.
