Running My Pets Dog Clinic on Railway Road in Karan Nagar can be pretty loud sometimes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. On any given day, we’ve got dogs of all sizes coming through the door. Some are happy to be here, and others are definitely not, so there is usually some barking or whining echoing off the walls. The clinic is set up to be practical for animals, so there aren't many fancy decorations that could get knocked over by a wagging tail. We spend our time doing check-ups, giving shots, and helping out when a pup isn't feeling well. The floors have to be mopped constantly, and there is always a bag of treats near the desk to help calm down the nervous ones. Being on Railway Road means we get a lot of noise from the street, but the dogs don't seem to mind it much. People from all over Karan Nagar bring their pets here because they know we’ve been here for a while. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting dogs onto the table and staying on our feet all day long. We deal with a lot of fur and the occasional mess, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a messy, busy, and honest place where we just focus on taking care of the dogs that come in. It's a good way to spend the day if you like animals.
