Most Masala Enterprises

We are located at House No. 501B in Broly West, over in Chakswari, Malad East. It’s near the Smriti MTNL building, which is how most people find us if they get lost. Most Masala Enterprises is a small operation, mostly focused on the grinding and mixing of different spices. The air in the shop always smells like cumin and chili, which can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just a few of us making sure the masalas are prepared right. It’s a busy part of Malad East, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We started this in a small room and eventually moved to this house to have a bit more space for the equipment. It’s not a fancy setup, just some sturdy tables and the grinding machines. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but that’s just part of living and working here. We don't do any big promotions or sales pitches. We just think if the masala is good, people will come back for more. It’s a simple way of doing business and it has worked for us so far. We just keep grinding every day and filling up the bags for our customers. That is our whole day, every day, and we like it.
