Jewels Restaurant

Jewels Restaurant is right here at the Main Chowk in the Bus Stand Area of Vaishnodevi. It stays pretty busy around here because of all the people coming and going from the buses all day long. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most days just blend into each other with the noise from the street and people stopping in while they wait for their travel. It’s not a fancy place or anything, just a regular spot where you can sit down. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of different faces, some just passing through and others who live nearby. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things simple. There isn't much to say about the decor or anything like that. It’s just how it is. If you’re walking around the 182301 area or just got off a bus, you’ll see the sign. We open up early and stay open until things quiet down at night. It’s a lot of work running a place in such a crowded area, but we’re used to it. The Main Chowk has its own rhythm, and we’ve just become a part of it over the years. It’s a practical location for a place called Jewels Restaurant, even if the name sounds a bit more special than the actual building. We’re just here doing our thing day in and day out.
