The kitchen is always hot, especially during the wedding season when we are working late into the night. We get our supplies from the local markets nearby, so everything is fresh. The village vibe is nice because people just wave as they go by on their tractors or cycles. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and everyone knows where the Thind family works. It’s hard work standing on your feet all day, but when we see the food going out looking right, it feels like a good day’s work. There’s always someone drinking tea and discussing the next day's menu in the corner while we clean up.
