Tahseen Brick Works

We've been running Tahseen Brick Works here in Kashipur for a while now. If you head down Manpur Road, you'll see us right near Ujala Hospital. It is a busy spot but we manage. Making bricks is hard work, mostly outdoor stuff. We keep the kilns going and try to have stock ready for whoever stops by. It gets quite dusty around the yard especially when the wind picks up. People usually find us because of the big stacks of red bricks visible from the road. We are just a local team doing our daily job. Some days are slow and others we have trucks coming in and out constantly. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a small desk and chairs for when customers want to sit and talk about their orders. Most of the guys here live nearby so we all know each other well. We started small and stayed that way mostly. It’s a straightforward business. We fire the clay, stack the finished bricks, and wait for the loaders to arrive. Sometimes the weather makes things tricky since rain stops everything in the yard. We just wait it out until the ground dries. It's nothing special, just honest work under the sun. If you pass the hospital you basically can't miss us. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the piles moved out to the customers.
