Solar Power Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is in the Gandhi Ashram Market on Drona Sagar Road. We’re right on the edge of the N.H.74. Being near a national highway means we get a lot of dust and a lot of noise from the passing trucks, but it makes it very easy for us to get out to our project sites. The market is a local spot where everyone knows each other. Our office is more of a technical hub than anything else. We have various tools scattered around and plenty of diagrams for solar installations pinned to the walls. We spend our mornings going over engineering specs and the afternoons are usually spent out in the field or at the back of the shop working on components. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the sun is beating down on the N.H.74 and we are trying to get things loaded up. We aren't interested in being a corporate giant. We just want to do our engineering work and make sure the solar setups we put together actually hold up over time. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with clients about where to put the panels and how much space they have. It’s practical, everyday stuff. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the market starts to quieten. It’s been our home for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the road and the local shops nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
