Shri Balaji Ice Cream Udyog

Our place is located in Nanak Matta Village, which is part of the Sitarganj Block in Udam Singh Nagar. If you know the Guru Nanak Shaheb Gurudwara, we are right near there. It is a quiet area mostly, but we stay busy with the ice cream work. We have been operating this unit for a good bit of time now. It is a family run thing, mostly just a few of us making sure everything is running right. The machines are old but they still work fine for what we need. We do not have a big office or anything like that. It is mostly just the production area and where we keep the stock cold. People from the village come by, and we also send stuff out to the nearby shops in the district. Living and working near the Gurudwara means we see a lot of people passing through. It is a nice spot for a business like this. We do not really do much advertising because people around Sitarganj already know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble with the generator, that is just how it is here. We focus on getting the batches done and keeping the place clean. It is hard work, especially in the summer months, but it is what we do. We have been here long enough that the building feels like a second home to most of us who work here every day.
