ROYAL EMERALD DEVELOPERS LLP

Royal Emerald Developers LLP is set up in Shop No G 39 on the ground floor of the RR Square complex. That is right in the mall area on Ratan Road. It is a pretty busy spot with a lot of people walking by every day. We do development work, which basically means we help plan and build things in the local area. Our shop is a simple place where we meet to talk about new projects or look over some site drawings. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just local developers who know the Ratan Road neighborhood. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but the office at RR Square is where the main planning happens. We don't have any fancy speeches about what we do. We just try to get the developments finished on time without too much trouble. Sometimes things go sideways with builders or supplies, but we just work through it like anyone else would. Being in a mall like RR Square makes it easy for people to find us if they have questions. We just focus on the practical side of building. It’s a lot of phone calls, paperwork, and site visits. We like what we do, and we like being part of the local business community here. It’s just us doing our job every day. The mall gets quite loud on the weekends, but during the week, it is a good place to sit down and get the development work organized.
