Our spot at Plot No.12 in Sector-9 of the Sidcul industrial area is right in the thick of things in Pantnagar. It’s a busy part of Rudrapur, and you can always hear the hum of factories nearby. Roquette Riddhi Siddhi Private Limited is a place where we focus on the technical side of things, dealing with starch and other ingredients that go into so many things people use every day. We don’t have much time for fluff here. The days are filled with monitoring the equipment and keeping an eye on the production lines at Plot 12. It’s an industrial setting through and through, with pipes, tanks, and a lot of steel. We wear our safety gear and follow the schedules because that’s what keeps the place running. The crew here in Rudrapur is a mix of local guys and people who moved here for the work in the I.I.E. zone. We aren't sitting around dreaming up big slogans; we’re mostly just worried about the next shipment and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. It gets pretty humid in the summer, but we’ve got our routine down. Being in Sector-9 means we are part of a big network of businesses, and we just try to do our part quietly and correctly.
