You can find us at Property No 349, Ward No 5, right near the Axis Bank on Rudrapur Road. Kichha is a small town, so most people know where that is. We've been running On9 Bistro & Kitchen for a while now. It’s a lot of work, especially in the kitchen when the dinner rush starts. We handle everything from buying vegetables at the local market to making sure the tables are wiped down properly. The location on Rudrapur Road is pretty handy because people can stop by while they’re doing their banking or running errands. We didn't start this with some grand plan. We just wanted a place where we could cook the kind of food we grew up eating. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if we aren't all related. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but it still works fine. We stay open late most nights because that's when people in Kichha seem to get hungry. There’s a lot of traffic on Rudrapur Road, so it gets a bit dusty outside, but we try to keep the inside tidy. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. If we're out of something, we'll tell you straight up. It’s just an honest little spot near the bank where you can get a meal without any fuss or pretension. We hope people enjoy the food.
