Om Sai Homeopathic Clinic is situated in Rudrapur City. It’s a small place where we keep hundreds of those little glass bottles filled with white pills. I’ve been working here for quite some time, and I’ve learned where every single remedy is kept on the shelves. Rudrapur is a busy town, but the pace in our clinic is a bit slower. People who come for homeopathy usually want to sit and talk about their problems for a long time, so we don't rush them. I listen to a lot of stories about back pain, allergies, and stress while I prepare the doses. The office is simple, with just a few chairs and a desk where we write out the prescriptions. The window looks out onto the street, and I like to watch the people going about their business while I work. We don't use any fancy computers for our records; it’s all done in big paper ledgers. The ink gets on my fingers sometimes, but I don't mind. We have a small fan that hums in the corner and a clock that ticks a bit too loudly, but it feels like home to us. It’s a quiet way to help people feel better, and we’ve been doing it this way for years. Most of our patients have been coming to us for a long time and they bring their relatives too.
