Negi General Store

Negi General Store is located in Jawahar Jyoti Village. We are right on Haldikhal Road in the Damuadhunga area of Nainital District. If you’re looking for us, we are near the Tin Factory, which most people around here use as a landmark. It’s a typical local store. We stock a bit of everything that the village needs. From soap to snacks, we try to keep the basics on the shelves. The building isn't anything fancy, just a room with shelves and a counter. We’ve been serving the local folks for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing. You’ll usually see one of us behind the counter from early morning until we close at night. It gets a bit cold here in the winters, so we usually have a small heater going. The road can be a bit rough after it rains, but people still make their way here. We don't have a website or do any advertising. People just know we are here. It’s a community spot where neighbors stop to chat while they pick up their groceries.
