Mdr Powertech Corporation is based at Plot No- 37 in the Preet Vihar area of Fazalpur Mahraula. It is up in Rudrapur, which is an area that has grown a lot over the years. Our spot is pretty straightforward. It is a plot of land with our building on it where all the main work happens. We spend most of our daylight hours here. The neighborhood is a mix of different types of businesses and houses. It’s not always the quietest place, but it feels like home to us. We’ve got a routine that starts with opening up the gates and checking what needs to be done first. There are no big meetings or polished presentations here. We just look at the schedule and get to work. Sometimes the weather in Rudrapur makes things a bit slow, but we manage. The interior of our place is mostly dedicated to tools and materials. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. If someone visits, they usually just talk to us right where we are working. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. It’s been a lot of years of doing this, and Plot 37 has seen a lot of activity. We don't go out looking for awards or anything. We just want to finish the day knowing we did what we were supposed to do. That is how we have always run things around here, and we don't plan on changing. Every day brings a new challenge but we just take it as it comes.
