You can find us at Plot No. 2B, Sec 1, in the I.I.E. Sidcul area of Pant Nagar. This is a big industrial estate, so there are factories and warehouses everywhere you look. Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. has this big site here where we handle a lot of the production work. It’s a massive plot of land and the building is quite large to fit all the equipment we need. The weather in Pant Nagar can be a bit unpredictable, but the work inside never really stops. We have people coming in for different shifts at all hours of the day and night. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or quiet offices. Instead, it’s the sound of machines and the smell of snacks being made. We focus on the daily output and making sure the loading bays are clear for the trucks. Many of the workers live in the surrounding areas and commute here every morning. It’s a busy, functional environment where everyone has a specific job to do. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves or our history. We just focus on the job of getting the snacks out of the gate and on their way to the stores. It’s a lot of coordination between the different parts of the building, and we just try to keep the wheels turning day after day without any fancy corporate talk or complicated mission statements. It is all about getting the work done. Nothing more, nothing less. Just daily life here.
