Garima Hospital

Our hospital, Garima Hospital, sits right on Ram Raj Road. It’s a pretty easy street to find, and we’ve been here long enough that most people in town know the building. It’s a multi-story place with a lot of windows. The view from the top floors shows a bit of the greenery along the road. Downstairs, it’s much more hectic. The reception area is usually crowded with people waiting for appointments or picking up reports. We have a small canteen near the back that smells like fried food and tea most of the time. The elevators are a bit slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs if we’re only going up a floor or two. The hospital isn’t fancy or anything. We have plain curtains in the rooms and the standard metal beds. We focus on the daily tasks like changing linens and checking vitals. The staff is a mix of young nurses and some older doctors who have been practicing for decades. Ram Raj Road gets a lot of traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside. We try to keep the noise down inside, but it’s a hospital, so there’s always something going on. We don't put much effort into being corporate. There’s a small garden patch out front, but the weeds usually grow faster than the flowers do. It doesn't matter much to the patients.
