Out in the Industrial Estate Kiccha, that’s where Gamboges Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. is located. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and trucks moving around all day. We aren't a retail shop where you just walk in to browse. We deal with various chemical supplies and things needed for other businesses. The office is small and sits right at the front of the unit. Inside the back, there is more space for storage and handling the barrels and containers. It can get quite hot in Kiccha during the peak of summer, but we keep the fans going. We focus on getting the orders out on time. There isn’t a lot of glamor in this kind of work. It involves a lot of paperwork and making sure the labels are correct. We’ve been operating here for some time, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners on the estate. We share the same problems like power cuts or road repairs. We don't have a marketing department. Most of our work comes from long-standing contracts or people in the industry who know what we do. It’s a quiet operation for the most part, except when the loaders are busy.
