We are located out at Kilometer-253 on NH-74, right in Village-Malpuri. Being in the Sitarganj area of Udham Singh Nagar means we see a lot of traffic passing by on the highway. Most days here start early because the sun gets pretty hot by noon. We handle a lot of engineering and contracting work, which basically means dealing with a lot of big machinery and heavy materials. It's not a quiet job. There is always the sound of engines or people calling out to each other across the site. The dust from the road gets everywhere, especially in the dry months. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing the work that needs to be done for various projects. People around here know us as the place near the village where the big trucks stop. It’s a busy spot, and there’s usually a lot of coordination needed to make sure things move from one stage to the next. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains heavily and the ground gets muddy, but that’s just part of working outdoors in this part of India. We spend most of our time looking at plans or making sure the equipment is running right. It’s straightforward work but it takes a lot of hours. You just get used to the rhythm of the highway and the noise of the village nearby. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule.
