Galaxy Flora

Galaxy Flora is located on Hotel Kanchantara Road in Rudrapur. We are directly across from the Mankameshwar Temple, which is a place many people visit. Being in the 263153 area, we see a lot of foot traffic from the temple and the hotel. We mostly work with flowers and decorations for various occasions. It’s a messy job sometimes, with stems and leaves all over the floor by the end of the day. Our shop isn’t perfectly polished, it’s a working space where we put together bouquets and arrangements. We don’t really have a grand philosophy, we just try to make things look nice for the people who come to see us. Sometimes the flowers we want aren’t available, so we have to use what’s fresh at the market that morning. That’s just the nature of working with plants. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything stays watered and cool in the heat. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. People stop by on their way to the temple or while staying at the hotel next door. We don’t do big advertising campaigns; we just put our best work out there and hope people like it. It’s a simple life, surrounded by flowers and the smell of the temple incense drifting over from across the street. We just keep the shop open and keep working on the next order.
