Medical Store Utranchal Phrma

We are located right near Sabri Medical at Dharam Kanta Chowk. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our door. The store is filled from floor to ceiling with shelves of medicines and healthcare supplies. It’s a small space, so we have to be really careful about where we put things so we can find them quickly when someone comes in. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the stock hasn't expired. It’s just a couple of us working behind the counter. We don't have fancy displays or big advertisements; the products are just there on the shelves. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because of where we are located near the chowk. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but with people coming in and out all day, it’s a struggle. We have a small fridge for the items that need to stay cold. The bell on the door rings constantly. It’s a simple life running a medical store. We talk to the neighbors, help people find what they need, and keep track of our orders. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps. We’ve been at this spot for a while and everyone around Dharam Kanta Chowk knows us.
