We run this place out of Amazon Tower - B in the Omaxe Riviera area. It’s right here in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. Most of the time, we’re just busy making sure things are ready for people when they show up. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us handling the rooms and the day-to-day stuff. We’ve been at this for a while now. The weather in Pantnagar can get a bit unpredictable, but the building stays solid. People coming through for work or just passing by stop in. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, nothing fancy, just what you need. Sometimes the phones ring more than we expect, but we get to it. Living and working in Uttarakhand means dealing with a slower pace, which is fine by us. We handle the bookings and make sure the paperwork is done correctly for the government regs. It’s mostly just making sure guests have a key and a decent spot to rest their heads after a long day of travel or meetings. We aren't trying to be some massive chain, just a local spot that works. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the Riviera complex. We spend our mornings checking the lobby and the evenings making sure everything is locked up right. It’s a job we’ve grown to like over the years. We hope the coffee in the lobby stays hot enough for the early birds.
