We operate out of the Divine Complex in Jay Nagar, which is in Rudrapur. It’s a decent enough spot in Udham Singh Nagar. The building itself is easy to find, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We do a variety of things under the Twielo name, though mostly it’s about managing the business side of things from this office. It’s not a massive factory or anything, just a regular workplace where a few of us sit and get the daily tasks out of the way. Rudrapur is an industrial kind of town, so there is always something going on nearby. Our office has a few computers and a lot of folders. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how things go around here, so we have to wait it out. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we are just a local private company trying to keep things moving. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. It’s a plain setup, nothing flashy on the walls. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. The Divine Complex is a good place to be based because it’s close to other businesses. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our own logistics and operations. It’s a practical way to run a business in this part of the state. We just make sure the records are kept straight and the work gets done.
