Our place is located on the first floor of the Prakash Residency building, which sits right on Stadium Road in Kashipur. It is H-1, if you are looking for the specific door in the hallway. Kashipur is a busy town, and the Udham Singh Nagar district has a lot going on these days with all the industries and new housing developments popping up everywhere. We focus on habitat development as Rvss Habitatdevelopers Private Limited, so we are always thinking about how people live and what kind of spaces they want to stay in. The office is right there on the first floor, so we get a pretty good view of the road outside. You can see people going to the stadium for their morning walks or heading out to their own jobs. It is a very practical and basic space. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the room is just taken up by big blueprints and stacks of green folders. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the wind coming off the plains, but we just keep the ceiling fans going and carry on. It is a lot of coordinating with local workers and making sure we have enough bricks and cement for the next phase of whatever we are building at the time. We have been in this part of Uttarakhand for some years now. Dealing with the local regulations and the changing weather keeps us very busy. We just try to do a solid and honest job on every single project we take on.
