NEW SWAMI VIVEKANAND NIDHI LIMITED

We are located at New Swami Vivekanand Nidhi Limited, right in the Transit Camp area of Rudrapur. Udham Singh Nagar is a busy place, and the camp area is always buzzing with some kind of activity. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage the daily business of the Nidhi. It’s not a polished corporate suite. We have some basic furniture and our filing systems are mostly manual. Most days are spent talking to local residents who stop in to discuss their accounts or ask about the rules. We don't use any fancy language or complicated terms when we talk to people. It’s just plain English and common sense. The noise from the street can be quite a lot sometimes, especially with all the transport moving through Rudrapur. We’ve learned to work through it and keep our focus on the ledgers. Being in the Transit Camp means we see a lot of different people every day. We try to keep things moving so no one has to wait too long in the heat. There isn't any air conditioning, just a couple of fans that do their best to keep the air moving. We’re just regular people trying to provide a service that the community needs. It’s honest, hardworking, and occasionally a bit disorganized, but we always get the job done. We like being right in the middle of where the action is in Rudrapur.
