Our business, KSP DEVELOPERS AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED, is run out of Jaspur Khurd in Kashipur. We are located at Ahsan Ali’s place, near the Garhwal Sabha area. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been building homes and structures around here for a good while now. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy slogans; we are just a group of builders who know our way around a blueprint. Kashipur is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. We try to keep up with all the new rules and ways of doing things, but at the end of the day, it’s still about bricks and mortar. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the books and talk to people about their projects. We spend most of our time out on the dusty sites making sure the walls are straight. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the power goes out, but we just work around it. It’s the kind of business where you know your neighbors and your clients personally. We don’t go in for big marketing campaigns. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and we know how to get a building up. We take pride in the fact that we are local people building for other local people. It's a living, and it's one we are used to. We keep our boots muddy and our heads down.
