Khatima Buildtech Private Limited is set up on the Sitargang Road. We are care of Sudhir Kumar, and we are right near the Hind Public School. If you know that road, you know it gets a lot of traffic with people heading between the towns. Being near a school means it gets pretty lively in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are around. Our office is just a simple building where we manage our construction projects. We don't have any big marketing slogans on the walls. It is just a place to work. Sitargang Road is a practical location for us because it connects us to all the different sites we manage in the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to contractors who stop by to pick up plans. The Hind Public School is the easiest way to tell people where we are located. Most of the locals in Khatima know the spot. We are just regular people trying to run a build business. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We usually just talk over the hood of a truck or at a small desk in the office. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we don't mind. It feels like a real place where work actually happens. We’ve been here for a bit now and the address works well for what we need.
