Our little setup for KGF Projects is located inside the Omaxe Riviera complex, specifically in Flat D-408. It’s right on Nainital Road in Rudrapur. It’s actually Abhishek Kumar Agrawal’s place, and we use it to run the project side of things. Living and working in Udham Singh Nagar means we are always on the move. Most days involve driving back and forth between sites and this office. It’s a bit of a juggle, honestly. We handle different kinds of project work, and things can get pretty chaotic when several things are happening at once. The flat is usually full of files and phone calls happening at all hours. We don’t really do the whole corporate office vibe. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and figure out the logistics of the next job. Rudrapur is growing fast, so there is always something needing attention. Being near Nainital Road helps because we can get out to the outlying areas pretty quickly. We’ve had some long days and even longer nights trying to keep everything on track. It’s just how this business is. People come by to talk about their plans, and we sit around the kitchen table or the desk and try to make it work. It’s not a polished operation, just some folks trying to get the projects finished without too much drama. We focus on getting the tasks done and keeping the wheels turning.
