Our business, Durabranch Exports Private Limited, is located right on Kashipur Road in Rudrapur. You will find us near the railway crossing, which means we hear the trains going by all day long and wait for the gates to open. It is a busy spot in Udham Singh Nagar. The office is run by the Kalra family, and we have been here for quite some time now. We do not have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Most of us just wear many hats to get things done. One minute we are talking to a client, and the next we are helping load a truck out back. The dust from the road gets everywhere, but that is just life in this part of town. We handle a lot of exports, so there is always a stack of documents sitting on someone's desk waiting for a signature. It is not always glamorous work. It involves a lot of patience, especially when shipments are delayed or the paperwork gets stuck in some office somewhere. We like being near the railway crossing because it feels like we are right in the middle of all the action. People stop by often just to chat or check on their orders. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they pop up. It is a family-run feel, even if we are officially a private limited company.
