We’ve been here in Kichha for a while now. The office is right on Rudrapur Road, just across from the HDFC bank, so it's easy to find. Mostly, we help people who need to get their IELTS scores sorted out. It can be a real headache trying to figure out all the exam stuff on your own. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to explain how it works. Sometimes the room gets a bit crowded when a lot of students show up at once. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy. We handle the paperwork and give advice on the consultancy side of things too. People around here know us from being in the neighborhood. If the traffic is bad on the main road, it takes a minute to pull into the parking area. We spend most of our day looking at forms and practice tests. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. Just a small team here in Udham Singh Nagar trying to keep the doors open and help kids get to where they want to go. The phone rings a lot, and we try to answer every call, but sometimes we're busy with a student. That’s just how it goes here. We've got the maps and the study guides lying around the desks. It’s a busy little spot but we like the energy. It’s not perfect, but it’s our place.
