About Niharika Fly Ash Brick – Building & Construction Material in Udala
Our yard is tucked away in Village Baldiha Khunta, right near the Khunta Junior College. If you’re driving past the college, you’ll probably see the stacks of bricks we’ve got piled up. Niharika Fly Ash Brick has been a part of this landscape for some time. It's mostly just dusty boots and the sound of machines out here in Udala. We spend most of our mornings getting the mix right and making sure the bricks are setting like they should. It gets pretty hot during the summer, but we keep at it. Sometimes the college students walk by and wave, or the local farmers stop for a chat while they’re moving their cattle. It’s a quiet village life for the most part, except for when the trucks come in to load up. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just a small space to sit and handle the paperwork. Dealing with fly ash means things get messy, but that is the nature of the work. We’ve learned a lot about how the weather affects the drying process over the years. Some days the rain stops everything, and we just sit under the shed waiting for it to clear up. We’re just local people doing our bit here in Baldiha Khunta, making sure there are enough bricks for whoever is building something new in the taluka. It is hard work, but it keeps us going.
