You can find us in Village Nagpal, which is part of Ward No. 3 in the Mayurbhanj district. Our shop is quite close to the Durga Mandap. It’s a quiet village setting, very different from the noise of a big city. We handle computer sales and also do a lot of service and repair work for the local community. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Since we are in a rural area, we often help students and small farmers with their technology needs. It’s a simple building and we don't have any fancy showroom features. It’s mostly just a counter and some workstations where we do the repairs. We are a small team, often just one or two people doing everything. During the local festivals at the Mandap, the whole area gets very lively and we usually take some time off. We don't have a polished way of talking to customers. We just tell them what we can fix and what it will cost. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to get the supplies we need from the larger towns. We keep a small stock of the things people need most often, like mouse units or keyboards. It’s just a modest local business trying to provide a necessary service to our neighbors. We don't have any big plans to expand. We just like being part of the village life here.
