Zahid Ali

My name is Zahid Ali and I run my travel services from Pratap Ngr in Udaipur. My place is right near the RTO office, which is a landmark most locals know well. I have been working in the travel sector here in the 313001 area for quite some time now. It is not a big company with many employees; it is mostly just me and a couple of drivers I trust. I spend most of my day coordinating trips and making sure people get where they need to go on time. The office is basically just a room with a desk and some chairs where we sit and discuss the day's plans. I don't use any complicated systems. I keep everything in my diary and on my phone. People come to me because they want someone who knows the Udaipur area and the Rajasthan roads properly. I handle all kinds of travel requests, whether it is a short trip across town or a longer journey to another city. It gets pretty busy around here because of the government offices nearby, so there are always people moving around. I don't have a fancy website or big posters. I just do my work, answer my calls, and make sure the vehicles are in good shape. It is a straightforward life and I like being my own boss in my home town. I have been doing this long enough to know the shortcuts.
