Vinayak Papers

Bada Bazar is always a bit of a hectic place to be, but that is where you will find Vinayak Papers. We are located at number 35, which is inside Kolpol. It’s not the easiest spot to find if you are new to the market, as the lanes are narrow and there is always a lot of activity going on around us. People are constantly moving goods and shouting to get past. Our shop is filled with different kinds of paper, stacked up high in almost every corner. It’s a bit dusty and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s where we have been for years. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space for storing and selling paper. Most of our day is spent moving those stacks around or talking to people who drop by. We know most of the other traders in Kolpol, and there is a lot of back and forth between the shops. Sometimes it gets so crowded in the lane that we can barely get the door open all the way. We don’t mind it much, it’s just the character of Bada Bazar. We drink a lot of chai and keep the business running as best as we can. It’s a simple, hardworking life here inside the market at 35 Kolpol. We usually start our morning with a bit of sweeping and getting things ready for whoever might come in. It’s just how things go.
