Vinayak Jiuce And Ice Cream

You can find us at Shop No. 33 on Pratap Nagar Road in Sunderwas. We are right near the Bank of Baroda, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. We do a mix of juices and ice cream here. It started out as just a small stall, but we eventually got this shop space. It is not very big, but we have enough room for the juicers and the cooling units. Most of our customers are people working nearby or folks living in the Sunderwas area. We keep things pretty straightforward. We get fresh fruit delivered in the mornings and start prepping right away. It is a lot of chopping and cleaning. The ice cream side of the business picks up more in the evenings when families go for a walk. We do not have a big corporate team or anything. It is just me and a couple of guys who help out during the busy shifts. The shop is simple, with just the basic stuff we need to serve people. We have been here at Pratap Nagar Road for a few years now and we have gotten to know the other shop owners pretty well. It is a nice community to be in. We do not really bother with fancy menus or anything like that. People just come in and ask what is fresh today. That is the way we have always done it and it seems to work out fine.
