Vedanta Resources Plc

Vedanta Resources Plc operates from C-78 in the BEL Officers Colony. This is over in Ghaziabad, part of the wider NCR region. It’s a residential colony, so the atmosphere is quite different from a downtown commercial district. There are trees around and it feels a bit more relaxed. Our office is inside one of the houses there. We’ve set up our workstations in the main rooms. It’s a bit tight when we have meetings, but we make it work. Most of us have been working here for quite a while, so we’ve gotten used to the layout. The kitchen is where we usually end up talking about the day’s tasks over a cup of tea. It’s not a formal setting. We don't wear suits unless there’s a very specific reason to do so. Most days, it’s just casual clothes and focusing on the computer screens. The internet connection can be a bit slow when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage. Ghaziabad can be noisy, but inside the colony, it’s mostly just the sound of birds or the occasional car passing by. We like the fact that we aren’t in a crowded office tower. It makes the day feel a bit shorter. There isn’t a big sign outside, so you have to know the house number to find us. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without any extra drama.
