Our office is located in Hiran Magri Sector-3, specifically at numbers 26 and 27. V K Sharma Construction Consultants is a straightforward operation. We deal with construction stuff every single day. The office has plenty of dust on the shelves from all the site visits we do. It’s not a place for shiny suits. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at actual building sites. When we are in the office, we’re usually checking measurements or looking at material costs. It's a two-unit space, so we have a bit more room than some of the others, but it still feels packed with folders. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. We’ve seen Sector-3 grow up around us. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements because we’re usually too busy with the work itself. If you come by, you’ll see some old samples of bricks or tiles sitting in the corner. We tell it like it is when it comes to how much things cost or how long a job will take. No point in sugarcoating it. It’s just how we operate. Most folks around here know where we are. We just keep doing what we do, one project at a time. It’s not always pretty, but it gets the job done and we keep the doors open for anyone.
