Unique Building Designing & Service

Unique Building Designing & Service is based at the Sevashram B N College Campus, number 3. It’s a bit of a specific location, but we’ve been here for a bit. We handle the design side of things for buildings. It isn't a massive operation with a hundred employees. We are just a small group doing our best with the tools we have. The office is functional. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of rolled-up plans sitting in the corners. It can get a little crowded when we have a few projects going at once. We don't really do the whole 'corporate image' thing. We just wear regular clothes and talk to people like normal neighbors. Designing a building takes a lot of patience and looking at small details. We do that every day. Sometimes we have to go out and check measurements because things on-site aren't always what they look like on paper. It’s part of the job. Being on the college campus means there’s usually some activity around, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the most famous designers out there. We just want to provide a service that works for the people who hire us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just focus on the next drawing and try to get the measurements right.
