The Home Makers

The Home Makers is located on the second floor of Nanda Chambers, room 102. We are right on Airport Road in Subhash Nagar, which is just across from B N College. It’s a convenient spot because it’s a main road, though the traffic can get pretty loud during college hours. Our office is a practical place. We have a few computers, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We don't go in for high-end office furniture or sleek designs for ourselves. We’re more interested in the work we do for others. People often walk up the stairs and wander into our office thinking we’re something else, but we don't mind. We’ve been in Udaipur for years and this office has become like a second home to us. It’s got a bit of wear and tear, but it shows we actually use the space. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town. We just want to do decent work and pay the bills. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at floor plans. There’s no script when you call us; you just get whoever happens to be near the phone. We like the local feel of Subhash Nagar. It’s a busy, real part of the city, and that suits us just fine. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized amid the chaos.
