We are located down at B-188/A on Road No.5 in the Mewar Industrial Area. If you know Madri, you know it’s mostly factories and workshops around here. Tempsens Instruments (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It's dusty because of all the trucks passing by on Road No. 5, but we get used to it. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on different sensors and tools. We have a lot of machines and parts lying around. It isn't a showroom. It’s a place where things get built. Most of the staff live nearby so we see each other a lot outside of work too. We have lunch together in the small break area. It’s a pretty standard industrial setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have good tools to work with. The heat in Madri can get pretty bad in the summer, so we have a few fans going all day. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we just wait it out or talk about the local news. It’s just how things are here. We do our job and try to get the orders out on time. There’s always something to fix or calibrate. That’s what a typical day looks like for us at the shop. We just keep moving and doing what needs to be done.
