The neighborhood is full of industrial buildings and workshops, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Our place is no different. We have a workshop area where things get built and a small office space for the administrative side of things. It’s often a bit cluttered with tools, parts, and half-finished instruments. We aren't the type of company that worries about having everything perfectly organized or looking like a showroom. We’re more interested in making sure the equipment we put together actually works like it’s supposed to. The staff here are mostly local folks who know their way around a toolbox. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets a bit much during the summer, but we keep the fans going and get through the day.
