At Tavaga Advisory Services Private Limited, we spend our days looking at numbers and giving advice to people who walk through our door. The office is pretty basic, just a few computers and some desks. It gets dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but we keep things as tidy as we can. We started this because we wanted a local place where people could talk about their money without feeling intimidated. Udaipur is a beautiful place to work, though we're mostly inside looking at screens. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy uniforms. We wear what's comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the market is doing. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing the tax papers. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us.
