We set up shop at 205 Navkar Complex on University Road. It is a busy street because of all the students and the university nearby. We do technology work here, mostly helping people with their devices and software. The office is a straightforward space. We have a few workstations and a corner where we keep all the spare parts. It’s not a large place, but it is enough for what we do. We like being on University Road because it feels energetic. There are always people walking by outside our window. Our team is small, just a few of us who know our way around a computer. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door helps whoever walks in. We spend our time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't working. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We’ve been in Navkar Complex for a while now and we know the other shop owners around us. It is a friendly atmosphere. We don't use any fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what is wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a simple way to run a business. We mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve, and we just take them one at a time.
