The Alive Stone

The Alive Stone is located at 411 Teachers Colony in the Ambamata Scheme area. It’s a decent neighborhood and mostly quiet except for when the school nearby lets out and all the kids are heading home. We don’t have a big showroom with bright lights and fancy mirrors. It is just a workspace where we keep our stuff. The number 411 is easy to spot if you are coming from the main road. We’ve been here for a few years now. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy because we have stone samples lying around everywhere on the floor. We don’t really worry about making it look perfect for visitors. People who come here usually know what they are looking for anyway. My brother and I run the place mostly. We take turns with the phone and the paperwork. It isn't a high-pressure environment at all. We like to take our time and make sure things are done right. Udaipur weather can be quite hot, so we usually have the cooler running full blast to stay comfortable. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a social media manager to handle things. We just talk to people. If they like what we have, they buy it. That is really the whole of it. It’s a small, honest business in a nice part of town. We are happy with how things are going and don't feel the need to change anything much.
