St Teresas Hospital

We've been here on University Road in Udaipur for quite a while now. Most days it's just the usual bustle of people coming through the doors looking for help. It's not a fancy place, just a building where we try to get things done. The traffic outside can get loud, especially during the middle of the day, but inside we just focus on the patients. We have nurses who have worked here for years and they know most of the people by name. It’s a lot of work keeping things running. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the waiting room gets full before we even have our tea. People come from all over Udaipur HO because they know where we are. We don't have a lot of big signs or anything. It's just St Teresas. We spend our time checking charts and making sure the floors are clean enough for the next shift. Usually, the doctors are rushing between rooms and the reception desk stays pretty busy with paperwork. It’s just how it is here. You get used to the smell of disinfectant and the sound of the main road. We don't really do anything special, just show up and do what needs to be done for whoever walks in. It’s just our job. Some days are longer than others, but that is how hospital life goes. We stay open and keep things moving. It is just a regular part of life on University Road.
