Sparsh Healthcare

Plot No.16 on Bedla Badgoal Link Road is where you can find us. Sparsh Healthcare has been here for a bit, and we also do the Sparsh Yoga and Healthcare side of things. It’s a quiet enough area, which helps when people are coming in to focus on their health. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just a few of us who care about yoga and keeping people feeling okay. The building is straightforward. We spend a lot of time cleaning the mats and making sure the space feels right for the sessions. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the plumbing acts up or the noise from the link road gets a bit loud, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of different people come through these doors. Some stay for years and others just drop by once. We try to keep things grounded. No fancy machines or high-tech gadgets, just simple practices that have been around a long time. It’s mostly about the routine here. We open up early, usually when the sun is just coming up, to get things ready. It’s a lot of work keeping a healthcare spot running, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just hoping to help out the folks who live nearby and want to take better care of themselves. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little place on the link road.
