Shubh Builders & Developers

You can find us over at 1, Town Hall Road. We are right by Rohit Tyres, which is usually how people know where to turn. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window. Shubh Builders & Developers has been operating out of this space for a bit. The office is small and tucked away, but it’s easy enough to spot if you’re looking for the tire shop nearby. We spend a lot of our time going over plans and talking to folks about their building projects. It’s not a quiet place, mostly because of the traffic on Town Hall Road, but we like being in the middle of everything. There’s usually a pot of tea going and a few stacks of drawings on the main table. We don’t have a big reception area or fancy lights. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Most days are spent coordinating with crews and making sure we have what we need for the sites. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a minute. It feels like a normal workplace. We don’t use any complicated systems, just basic folders and a calendar on the wall that keeps us straight. If you are around the Town Hall area, you’ll probably see us coming and going throughout the day. It’s just a regular local business setup for those of us working here.
