Our place is at 51-Raza Colony in Mulla Talai, which is over in Udaipur. Shree Cement Ltd. has been operating out of this address for a good stretch of time. The pin code here is 313004. It’s a local office and it feels like one. We don't have anything corporate about the way we do things. We just sit at our desks and handle the cement distribution for the area. Udaipur is a beautiful place, but we spend most of our time inside looking at delivery schedules. Raza Colony is a quiet enough area most of the time, which is good when we have a lot of numbers to crunch. We get a lot of calls from people asking about stocks and when the next truck is arriving. We just give them the straight answer. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We just work hard and try to stay on top of the orders. The office isn't very large, so we all know each other's business. It makes for a friendly enough atmosphere even when we are stressed about a late shipment. We just keep plugging away at it. That is really all there is to it. We are just a small part of the bigger company, doing our bit here in Mulla Talai every single day.
