Sharma & Associates

Sharma & Associates is located at Sunderwas Ostwal Nagar 26-27. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. It’s a couple of units knocked together to give us enough room for all our files and drawing tables. We aren't some big-name firm with a bunch of partners. It’s just a local office where we handle architectural and associate services. The place isn't perfect; the paint might be peeling in a corner and the chairs are a bit old, but it works for us. We spend our days looking at maps, site plans, and structural details. It involves a lot of math and sitting in front of monitors. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. You usually just pull up a stool and we talk about the project. Sunderwas is a decent area to work in. We have a lot of regular people coming in who want to build a house or add a room. We just give them the technical help they need. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just explain what needs to happen to get the building done. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't looking to grow into a giant company. We just like doing what we do right here in Ostwal Nagar. We take our time and focus on the details.
